MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 May 13

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

clouds all night; observed throughout.



It doesn't take hard, heavy rain
For the guider pc to complain.
Mild clouds were a-blow,    
And were stubborn to go,   
So from tracking, the 'brain' did abstain.

I still made a light curve, however.
(Defeat by a meddling mess?  Never!)
I'd tend to be guessing
It won't be impressing, 
Yet still seemed a worthy endeavor.
