MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2003 May 20

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing .9 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

time series photometry of cataclysmic variables.  no trouble; 
just clouds.

An uneventful night's a welcome gift atop this peak
When you've run out of stamina and feel a little weak.
The only thing of note at all was clouds that came to streak
Across the sea of lights that through the vapor couldn't peak.
