Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 6pm until 12pm.
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

The weather station is not functioning.
