MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Feb 16 Observer(s): Matthew Walker Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: 8k Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 1 UT until 3 UT. Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Imaged fields in M31, Sextans, and Leo in V,I,R. Evening cloudcover made for a delayed start, but the sky soon cleared up, although there may have been patches of cirrus. Seeing was stable at ~1.2 arcsec most of the night, though steadily rose to 2 arcsec over the last two hours. Did not experience the slipping problem with the telescope tonight.
