MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Jan 12

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Looked great in the afternoon, but suffered from varying 
amounts of high cloud all night.  Sometimes near-photometric,
but esp. toward end the moonlit cloud got pretty tough.  Could
work on brighter objects throughout, so I'm not reporting
 bad weather  (define  bad ).  Seeing unremarkable either
way.
