MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Jun 17

Instrument: echelle CCD + 2in FW direct

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Very good night, apparently photometric, seeing started out a
bit mediocre but improved later.  With the first focus frames
I had the impression the shutter was sticking, but this may 
have been some kind of error on my part as it did not recur
any time during the night.  The PC monitor used for the TCS
display appears to be very dim and looks due for replacement.
