MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Jun 20 Observer(s): Thorstensen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: echelle direct + 2in FW Worked for 9 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Yet another fine night, no problems. Seeing was quite good but never really super. I'm not complaining though, especially after the 4-day snowstorm I had in March ... ! It was interesting to note that the wind was a little more noticeable than previous nights, but seeing was consistently as good or better than before. This was the last night for direct photometry, tomorrow will be spectroscopic. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2004 Jun 21 [5:30:14]
