MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2004 Mar 07

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 6 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

High cloud all night.  For the first half it was thin and
patchy enough to work (at very low efficiency) but around 
1 AM it became opaque and solid enough that resistance was 
futile.  Seeing was mediocre, poor at first and somewhat
better later on.
