MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Feb 09

Worked for 1.5 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

The sky was overcast with middle-altitude altostratus clouds
without any low-altitue clouds and/or fogs.

However, the sky was briefly cleared up between 11 pm to
12:30 am (local) with 4-5 out of 8 parts of the sky covered
by thin, high altitude cirrostratus clouds, and 1 out of
8 parts of the sky covered by middle altitude clouds. For
this brief period of time, I have checked out the whole
telescope operations.
