MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Feb 14

Worked for 2 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 18:00 until 1:00.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm, High humidity
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm, High humidity
   End: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

No observation before 4 am (local) mainly due to
overcast sky condition with 4-7 out of 8 parts
of the whole sky covered with altostratos clouds
with cloud base of 5000-10000ft. Temporal increase of
humidity above limit was observed before 1 am (local).

Some works on focus offsets between Echelle and
RETROCAM were carried on after 4 am (local). During
observation, humidiy was quite low (<30%), and only 1-2
out of 8 parts of the sky was covered by altostratus clouds,
and probably being overcast with 20,000 cloud base cirrostratos.
