MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Jun 11

Worked for 4 hours (first half of the night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity from 00:30 until end.
   Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Opened on time with no trouble.  But humidity crept up slowly,
and we had to close shortly after midnight.  Got a short time-series;
pretty good seeing.


'Tis early still.
Ain't had our fill
Of Bootis' lilting song.

Just past midnight,
We owe our plight
To vapors' thickened throng.

And sees my waiting:
No abating.
No more watch I'll keep.

Well-fortified
And bleary-eyed ..
How 'bout I go to sleep?
