MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Sep 09

Bad weather most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog all night.

Observing Summary:

Lightning shutdown over dinner (thunder, nothing close); things
rebooted OK, but conditions deteriorated and we spent most of 
the night in fog.  

mdm.kpno.noao.edu server is very unstable; it becomes unreachable
(don't know if it actually crashes) on a timescale of hours or
less, which incidentally breaks printing.  Had to restart to file 
this report.
