MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Sep 22

Instrument: Retrocam & CCDS

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Was clear all night, but with very thin clouds visible at the beginning of the night, non-photometric.
Work done: spectra and imaging of quasars, imaging of M31 and imaging of SNe.
Problem with CCDS: similar problem as previous night, had to remove the HE cover and worked fine after that.
Also, two times the telescope got stuck and started to wobble when reaching the targets. It worked fine after all.
