MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Apr 24

Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Communications link between control computer and 8k having problems 
before moving telescope. Solved by turning off instrument, exit detcom, reset
fibre links, power up instrument, restart detcom. (number three in the 'rescue procedures
in case of failing exposures' webpage). No impact on observing (was taking biases)
