MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Dec 02 Observer(s): Roberto Assef Institution(s): The Ohio State University Instrument: CCDS and Retrocam Worked for 10 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 3.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: I only took data for the queue observing projects (spectra of Super Novae from SDSSII and CSP, and imaging of Super Novae and QSO's). The seeing was bad during all night. At the begining of the night was 1.7 arcsec, but went over 3 arcsec for most of the night. Around 4:00 AM the seeing got better for a while (2.5 arcsec) but then went back to 3.5 arcsec. A full moon was present during most part of the night. I closed earlier than sunrise (about 6:00 AM) since there were no targets for which to take data with that seeing and no targets with less than 45 minute integrations. No technical problems arised during the night. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2006 Dec 3 [6:45:13]
