MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Dec 03 Observer(s): Roberto Assef Institution(s): The Ohio State University Instrument: CCDS and Retrocam Worked for 11 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 2:00 until 6:00. Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: I took spectra of several Super Novae for the SDSSII and CSP projects. I did imaging of only two QSO's due to the bad seeing. At the begining of the night, seeing was 1.5''. It oscillated during the night, but it never went below 1.5'', and most of the time was over 2''. For the first half of the night, the weather was fine, but the second half was very cloudy. I stopped observing at 5:45 AM due to the weather. No technical problems arose during the night. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2006 Dec 4 [6:13:07]
