MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Dec 31

Worked for 9.5 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 11:00 until dawn.
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 0.6 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Opened on time, continued with photometry of near Earth asteroids
until thick bands of cirrus rolled in around 2:30 AM. Picked up 
about 0.5 hour more between cirrus bands, but eventually gave up
around 5:00 AM in pretty thick overcast. Too bad, because the
seeing was 0.6 arcsec!
