Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

B,R photometry of isolated galaxies, Washington photometry of local group dwarf galaxies.  shot through clouds all night, but seeing was at times 1
