MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Feb 27

Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Clouds most of the night. Took some poor quality exposures of 
UGC 3946 through patchy clouds toward the beginning. Around UT
4:00 it became overcast and stayed overcast until dawn.
