Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Fog/Low Clouds, Winds High
   End: Seeing 3.0 arcsec, Fog/Low Clouds, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Smooth observing. Bad seeing trend continues.
