MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Jul 06 Observer(s): Piscionere, Harris Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: TEMPLETON Worked for 5 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: High Humidity from 2:30 until end. Beg: Seeing 1.7 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Clear, Winds Calm, Humidity Observing Summary: Conditions were good at the beginning of the night until about 2:30 when the humidity went over 85% and we closed up. After waiting about an hour, the humdity went down to about 70% so I decided to open up again, and after about a half an hour, it got very humid again. i also had a little problem with aligning on a bright star (as outlined in the trouble report) but by that time i had to close again, so it wasn't a major issue. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2006 Jul 6 [4:20:49]
