MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Jun 06

Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

Thunder and lightning at  around 16.00 hrs. Bob did a lightning shutdown.

The sky showed signs of clearing up around 19.30 hrs. So I restarted 
everything back up. The air bag computer did not start up automatically.
Called up Bob. Turned the air bag computer power switch off and on and it 
restarted properly. 

By 21.00 hrs the sky started getting very cloudy again. By 23.00 hrs it began to 
thunder again and could see lightning towards the east. So at 23.10 I decided to do 
lightning shut down and close for the night.
