MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Jun 19

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing .8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing .8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

A fine night, with much better seeing than last night -- there
was just a little breeze, which I think helped keep things flushed
out better.  Seeing blew up at the end as the temperature dropped
2 C below the mirror.  Telescope, dome, and instrument all behaved
themselves - except for one or two bad auto-sets (almost gets
there, then starts oscillating in RA; or just never gets there and
locks out the user).
