MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Mar 01 Observer(s): Grcevich, Jana Institution(s): University of Michigan Instrument: 8K Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: High Humidity from 1:00 until 2:30. Beg: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds High Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: High humidity and rainclouds at the beginning of the night, quickly clearing to photometric conditions. Observed UGC 3317, Leo I, and NGC 4707, and UGC 10031. The rubber tube on the larger nitrogen tank seemed to be spewing large amounts of nitrogen gas at the connection to the metal tube.
