Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, TCS restarted
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Night began with cirrus and cleared. Generally mediocre seeing.
TCS went bonkers and had to be restarted; it took about 1.5 hrs.
Otherwise got data.
