MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 May 26

Worked for 8 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 3am until 5am.
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Observations of our planned targets and GRB opportunity went
without trouble.  Roughly 30 minutes before morning skyflats,
the detcom window reported a read failure and several red error
messages about timing and utility board failures.  I was unable 
to read the ccds after that, so it was a show-stopper. I am 
still trying to figure how to restore communication with the 8k
camera.  Detailed error messages are in the trouble report.
