MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2006 Sep 29 Observer(s): Miller and Cackett Institution(s): Michigan Instrument: CCDS Worked for 8 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: The run went well. We found that the CCDS was a little out of focus. Setting the collimator to 910 instead of 800 produced spectra with uniformly lower line widths. The iraf task specfoc did not work, something is missing. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2006 Sep 30 [5:16:12]
