MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Apr 24

Worked for 9.5 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Imaged 3 galaxy groups and photometric standards on this photometric night
(finally!). The transparency was not great, and seeing varied 
from about 1.2 to 2 arcsec, but the clouds kept away. 

Telescope and camera behaved well, except for a minor problem with 
moving the filter wheel (described in trouble report). Bob and Steven
did a good job fixing the CCD controller communications problems.
(We wish the guide cameras had bigger fields of view than their current 2' x 2'.5.)
