MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Aug 27

Instrument: echelle + 4-in FW

Worked for 4 hours (off and on through the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 7 PM  until 11 PM.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Threatening clouds were a nuisance tonight, forcing me to close 
for the first few hours of the night and then again for 2 hours 
from 2-4 AM.  Before it got cloudy, I took some direct images 
of CVs and Lepine objects for parallax measurements. 

But it got quite clear for the last hour and half, 
giving me the perfect opportunity to clean up on my PM targets 
as there weren't any parallax targets in that hour range.
