MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Aug 29

Worked for 2 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Clouds kept me closed until after midnight.  Then it was safe to
observe for about 1.5 hours.  At 2am I closed the mirror covers and
dome, 'cause scary-looking clouds had come back.  It's 3:50 now and 
they're still out there.  But the SE is clear.  I'm debating whether 
to wait longer or turn in for the night. 

Now it's 4:15.  Scary clouds are all over the place, so I'm going to
bed.
