MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Feb 18

Worked for 10 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Night started out great, then came the clouds and next the 
high winds.  Lost about 2 hours to weather.

The mirror cooling system seems not to be cooling the mirror, 
in fact it had been *warming* the mirror since saturday morning. 
Unfortunately I didn't notice because we were closed last night.
The mirror was at 11 C at the beginning of the night, luckily 
it didn't seem to affect the seeing.

Wow does the dome move slowly now!
