MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Jun 24 Observer(s): John Thorstensen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: echelle CCD direct + 2 in FW Worked for 9 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Another fine night, clear with consistently good seeing. No problems. This is the last night with the direct camera -- switching to modspect for tomorrow night. The weather has been so good that I managed to observe all the high priority parallax targets, some more than once. The dome came home perfectly at the end of the night. It has been a little sloppy from time to time, but not tonight. Staff - please switch to DTI guider tomorrow - I may have forgotten to mention that in my preparation form. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2007 Jun 25 [5:09:52]
