No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity all night.

Observing Summary:

Weather bad most of night - Either cloudy or clear but the 
humidity was too high.  Opened up for about 20 minutes at 21:00 
local time.  Clouded over before any observation could be taken
Closed up for fear of rain.
