MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Nov 22 Observer(s): David Atlee & Roberto Assef Institution(s): The Ohio State University Instrument: CCDS/Retrocam Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, Humidity 70% Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, Humidity 70% End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, Humidity 60% Observing Summary: All night the sky was clear. Humidity was high (60-70%) but did not hindered the observations. We observed as part of the queue observations of The Ohio State University. In particular, we monitored lenses and AGNs and we did follow-up spectroscopy and imaging of Super Novae for the SDSSII project. We had small problems with the retrocam and ccds controls but we were able to solve them. For the latest imaging targets we noticed a strange pattern in the z band observations. We took skyflats also in the morning to help fixing this issue. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2007 Nov 23 [7:16:55]
