MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2007 Oct 17

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Clear skies, the wind died down and the humidity stayed low.
Not much more to ask for. Seeing was variable though, alternating
between 1 and 2.5.
Quick fix for the filter wheel problem I reported yesterday:
- filter wheel will time out after about 90 seconds
- filter wheel does keep moving, an observation will not start
after a time out.
- just move the filter wheel again to the desired position and
verify motion / position with  filter wait
