MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Aug 22 Observer(s): Jules Halpern Institution(s): Columbia U. Instrument: Templeton Worked for 8.5 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Thick clouds delayed opening for an hour. Partial clearing thereafter allowed observation of targets of increasing difficulty. Moon and thin cirrus were a factor.
