MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2008 Dec 19 Observer(s): S. Lepine Institution(s): AMNH Instrument: Direct + Echelle Worked for 13 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Very low humidity tonight for a change, with relatively good seeing, but many patches of cirrus clouds and a veil of altostratus. Trying to make the most of the second longest night of the year, I observed 31 of our parallax targets. Many thanks once more to the MDM staff for their support; it's alway nice to have a run with no technical problem.
