MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Feb 10 Observer(s): Nathan Crockett Institution(s): University of Michigan Instrument: 8K Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Good weather (seeing ~ 1''). Observed more fields in the Orion A and B molecular clouds and many Landolt standards. Observed fields in Ursa minor and some other extra galactic sources for others at UM. Clouds started to move in close to morning which increased the seeing/noise and decreased the signal level in the last few images I obtained. Took sky flats at dawn. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2008 Feb 11 [7:32:05]
