MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Mar 09 Observer(s): Milisavljevic Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: CCDS Worked for 8 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: A splendid night of observing. No clouds, reasonably good seeing around 1.5 arcsec, and weak winds--a fine way to end an observing run. No new problems to report. Hopefully the 600 l/mm grating can be checked more thoroughly when taken off; observing with only 3/4 of the slit available was workable but inconvenient. Thanks to everyone for being so helpful! ------------------------------ Submitted on 2008 Mar 10 [4:26:59]
