MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 May 09

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable, Fires to the south
   Mid: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, Fires to the south
   End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable, Fires to the south

Observing Summary:

Observed near-Earth asteroids - photometry with Retrocam and
spectroscopy with CCDS. For spectra, tracked telescope at the 
asteroid rate and guided by hand.
Weather was mostly clear with haze at times. Fires visible to
the South (spread out more than last evening); winds seemed 
to carry smoke eastwards.
