MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Oct 22

Instrument: Modspec and Retrocam

Worked for 9 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

The night started with ~20 mph winds and bad seeing (>3 arcsec). 
It got better later in night and winds dropped below 10 mph in 
the middle. There were some thin cirrus around all night. 
I used both Modspec and Retrocam without any problems.
