MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observer's Report for 2008 Sep 10

Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather from 6 PM until 12 PM.

Observing Summary:

Thunderstorms at the beginning of night. Did a lightning shutdown. Around 10PM the storms had been clear for a time, so we restarted the system and opened. The humidity rose before we were able to take any data. The humidity dropped again around 12:10 AM and we re-opened at 1AM. We were unable to take any data because prospero would not write the new exposures to the filename we specified and instead wrote cached data to a completely different filename. See trouble report for details. We closed at 4AM, unable to resolve this problem.
