MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Jul 02

Worked for 1 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Closed due to heavy cloud and/or thunderstorms most of the night.

Telescope shut down for lightning from 1800 - 2300.

The cloud partially cleared from 0200 - 0345 allowing me to open
but the presence of lots of patchy cloud ensured that no usefull 
data was taken.

As thunderstorms are forecast over the next couple of hours,
I will shutdown the telescope now ~ 0530
