MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Jun 29

Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

A severe thunderstorm moved over the mountain just after sunset.  Lightening 
shutdown procedures were followed.  It still has not cleared as of 3:30 AM.  I am calling
it a night.  I will leave the facility in the lightening shutdown state.  Echelle was 
filled at 03:15.  TIFKAM was filled at 18:30.  I noticed this morning an ice plug covering
the LN2 exhaust port.  It was about 50% covered and I chipped it off.  Might be worth watching
with the higher humidity.
