MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Mar 05

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 4 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1-3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Overcast, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Cloudy at start, but just transparent enough to get a couple of
bright stars (mostly to check the instrument).  Got a bit better
before midnight, so I opened again, and it actually wasn't too bad
for a few hours (though the seeing was pretty poor at times).  
Clouds got thick again around 4 AM.  Worked on brighter targets.

Also ran the 1.3m for several hours, and filed a separate report.
