MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 May 30

Worked for 8.0 hours (all night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from 2300 until 0030.
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 0.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

It was a ok night overall. The weather started good and then 
some thick clouds rolled in around 11pm, we coudn't observe
again until 12:30am. But, from 12:30 to sunrise we had great seeing.

We didn't have a problem with the telescope not completing moves
tonight, Bob informed us that stopping and then resending the 
move should fix it.

The air conditioner for the mirror was not running today. I called
Bob and he told me where to find the breaker to reset it.
