MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Nov 06 Observer(s): S. Lepine Institution(s): AMNH Instrument: Direct + Echelle Worked for 3 hours (off and on through the night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 6pm until 5am. Beg: Seeing 1.1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Clouds for most of the night, but there was one small hole in the evening, and the sky cleared up a couple hours before sunrise. I got about 3 hours of usable clear time, though a thin cirrus cover was possibly present.
