MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2009 Oct 19 Observer(s): D. Milisavljevic Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: CCDS Worked for 10.5 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: High Winds from 1am until 5am. Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Clear, Winds High Observing Summary: Overall a good night of observing. Started off with very nice conditions: Seeing around 1.2 arcseconds, winds light, and clear skies. Seeing improved mid-evening, but winds continued to pick up to moderate (+20 mph) levels. High humidity accompanied by poor seeing forced me close around 5am.
