MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2010 Feb 13

Worked for 11 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

at about 05:15, while moving to a target, we got a message
`dec encoders not responding'. This was clearly the case. 
While pointing the telescope straight up we then got the
message `RA and Dec encoders not responding'. Given the close
time to 18 deg twilight and fuzzy brains, we decided to shut down,
and will experiment tomorrow daytime.
