Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity all night.

Observing Summary:

We did not open today due to 100% humidity throughout the night. 
It snowed in the morning and was raining in the evening. It 
should be noted that the humidity in the dome was being shown 
as *over* 100% for quite sometime, up to 100.9%.
